Cancellations and Make Ups

Tuition is non-refundable after November 1st.

If cancellations are received by November 1st, your tuition will be refunded, less a $110.00 service fee per child.

If a cancellation occurs due to uncontrollable conditions (blizzards, exceptional cold, etc.) all parents will be notified via email.

Since High Rockies season is preplanned, there will be no refunds or make-ups due to an individual student's absence or absences.

We do not tolerate misbehavior by children. We reserve the right to remove any child from the program without a refund.

If you have chosen NO TRANSPORTATION, you are responsible for your skier's transportation to Vail and to have them in the ski school yard by 8:30am. Classes do not wait for late arrivals.
