Bus Rules
- Children MUST BE 6 years old to ride the bus.
- Any disruptive behavior on the bus will not be tolerated and can result in loss of bus privileges and immediate expulsion from the program with no refund of monies.
- All skiers and boarders are to remain seated.
- Skiers/boarders are to respect the property and privacy of others.
- Electronic devices must have headphones.
- Skiers/boarders are to clean up after themselves, trash bags are provided in two locations throughout the bus.
- Skiers are to follow directions of all supervisors.
SAFETY RULES
- High Rockies' students are enrolled in a ski class and are expected to remain in their class and with their instructor for the entire day. Failure to do so will lead to immediate expulsion from the program with no refund of monies.
- The use of personal cell phones is prohibited during class.
- Vail Ski School's safety policy requires all skiers who are participating in group lessons to wear helmets. Also, safety vests must be worn for any skier, despite their level, up to and including 6 year olds. This alerts anyone on the mountain that they may need assistance.
- There is no smoking, drinking of alcoholic beverages, or chewing of tobacco allowed on the buses or on the mountain by anyone participating in the High Rockies program. Doing so can lead to expulsion from the program with no refund of monies.
YOUR CHILD’S SAFETY AND ENJOYMENT ON THE BUS IS OUR PRIMARY CONCERN. THEREFORE, DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF BUS PRIVILEGES AND EXPULSION FROM THE HIGH ROCKIES PROGRAM WITHOUT REFUND OF MONIES.
